How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Your order can be cancelled at any point until it is shipped from Secret Boutique.

Returns & Refunds 

Secret Boutique understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It can come down to numerous factors and we get this were humans aswell!.

We offer a full refund or 28 day exchange on items which are unworn including original tags still attached and original packing aswell as proof of purchase.

We will endeavour to process your return within 14 working days of receipt of receiving the return.

There are a few  items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these are;

  • Our hosiery, Knickers, Thongs, G-strings & all in one suits
  • Nipple Tassels Or Stickers

We require it to be returned with the packaging in the same condition as items returned in damaged packaging means we can not re sell the products.

All items must be returned in full so if the product is part of a set we would require the full set back

Any items which are stained or have bad odour will not be refunded or replaced.

We recommend using recorded delivery for returns so you have proof as we will not be held liable for any lost packages.
